ANSUL SYSTEM DISCHARGED. ANSUL COMPANY <br /> RESPONDED TO RECHARGE." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Per Manager on duty,the fire started on 9-25-18 at around 4:15pm.An employee from JKL(an independent contractor)was <br /> repairing a fryer and (presumably)did not close a gas line and a fire started. Employees attempted to extinguish the fire with <br /> fire extinguishers, but were unable to put the fire out.The ANSUL system was then discharged. Facility closed at this time. <br /> Per Manager, all food that was contaminated or potentially contaminated was discarded (food at prep units and food at steam <br /> table.The burned fryer was replaced and the other two fryers were cleaned.All fryers have new oil. <br /> ANSUL system was recharged. See photo of service invoice from Edison Fire Protection (on site from 5pm to 8:40pm)Upon <br /> inspection, all equipment has been cleaned.
