She <br />stated that no one has been ill or out of the country. Oil is changed on a routine basis. <br />Food process: Chicken is marinated, battered, and fried. <br />Observations: Food and cooler temperatures ok, sanitation ok, did not see any cross contamination, no evidence of vermin, <br />food thermometer available. Chicken has a nice golden (not burned) color at time of visit. <br />Violations: see report <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
