Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible Major <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The hand sink in the kitchen is blocked by soiled food trays, soiled dishes, and the trash can.The basin <br /> is full of aluminum cans and plastic bottles. Maintain the hand sink unobstructed and free of debris at all times. Correct <br /> immediately. <br /> Corrected on site. <br /> The hand sink at the front counter lacks pump style soap. Maintain hot food at 135F or above (after cooking to <br /> 165F).
