I spoke with Kevin Jackson (resident) who stated that Lawrence Huggins is a relative of his. He stated that Lawrence may have used this address. He stated that he had observed Lawrence hauling waste tires, but waste tires were never stored at the residence. I called Lawrence (559-704-7800) who stated that he had his information changed with CalRecycle to reflect his new location a long time ago. He stated that he does not do any business in Stockton. He stated that he used to live at 1933 E. Market St., Stockon, but he never stored tires there. Generally in this situation I would close the TPID, but I don't want to interfere with CalRecycle enforcement action. Please advise.
