The proposed budget and associated scope of work were <br /> reviewed for general compliance with the "reasonable and necessarjl' requirement of <br /> Section 2808.2(b)(1) of the UST Cleanup Fund regulations, Chapter 18, Title 23, CCR. <br /> In addition, the Fund's 5-Year Review Unit recommended that your site be considered <br /> for closure in a "USTCF 5-YEAR REVIEW SUMMARY" dated May 7, 2009, to your <br /> lead regulatory agency. If you have not already request for site closure, we <br /> recommend you and your consultant assemble a comprehensive closure request <br /> package for submission to your lead agency. An example 'Table of Contents' for a <br /> closure request can be found attached to this letter. If your closure request is denied <br /> by the lead regulatory agency, you may petition the State Water Board for case <br /> closure.
