No record of what was done, though a drilling <br /> permit was issued. <br /> 08/18/97 Geoprobe soil borings advanced beginning this date. Soil and grab groundwater <br /> samples collected for analysis. <br /> 01/05/98 'Preliminary Investigation and Evaluation Report' submitted by Aqua Geosciences,:Inc. <br /> Analytical results from the Geoprobe investigation indicate the groundwater has been <br /> impacted with petroleum hydrocarbons, and that the plume is not defined. <br /> is <br /> March & Six shallow monitoring wells installed; one pilot boring advanced to approximately 70-feet <br /> IIS April 1999 below surface grade (bsg). <br /> Aug. 1999 Two deep monitoring wells installed to 110-feet bsg.
