SAMPLES AND CUTTINGS <br /> ENCON shall not be obligated to preserve samples such as oil, rock, water, building materials, fluids and <br /> other samples obtained from the Project Site(s) for a longer period of time than a laboratory will store the <br /> samples for no additional fee.
