However, it may be approximately at a depth of 53 feet below ground surface (reference- San Joaquin County Flood Control and Water Conservation ' District Map Lines of Equal Depth to Water in Wells Spring 1989 attached as Figure 3). However PHS/EHD stated in January 7, 1991 correspondence to Mr. ' William J. Hunter that in "wet" years (1983 & 1986) the high water mark may have been as high as 40 feet below ground surface (BGS). At time of drilling SB-1 groundwater was not encountered above 42 feet BGS, the maximum depth advanced. 3.3 Hydrocarbon Distribution in the Soil ' Soil samples were collected during the UST removal, initial over excavation, later re-excavation, and while drilling SB-1. This data combined with the results of the stockpile soil sample are summarized and shown below as Table 1. Copies of the laboratory analytical reports are attached as Appendix A.
