LCRS Monitoring <br /> The LCRS sump shall be.inspected quarterly for leachate.Upon detection of leachate in a previously dry <br /> LCRS, the Discharger shall immediately collect a grab sample of the leachage and shall continue to <br /> collect grab samples of the leachate at the following frequencies thereafter. The results of these tests shall be reported to the Board and shall include comparison with <br /> earlier tests made under comparable conditions. <br />
