Three of the field area composited soil <br /> samples (SBB, SBD, and SBG) were also tested for organophosphate <br /> pesticides using EPA Method 8140. 'p <br /> 10.2 Northeast Area <br /> Soil and ground-water samples collected in the immediate vicinity. <br /> of the two above-ground diesel tanks in the northeast area of the <br /> Site were analyzed for TPH (as diesel) using modified EPA Method <br /> 8015. Soil and ground-water samples collected in the vicinity of <br /> I� the removed underground gasoline tank location were be tested for <br /> TPH and benzene, toluene, .xylene and ethylbenzene (BTXE) . The <br /> composited soil sample from the shallow soil sampling locations <br /> Q-1, Q-2 and Q-3 were analyzed for chlorinated herbicides using <br /> EPA Method 8150, organochlorine pesticides/PCBs using EPA Method <br /> l 8080, and arsenic, lead and mercury using'I atomic adsorption <br /> methodology. <br /> i, <br /> After receipt of the analysis results of the composited sample <br /> (Q-1 - Q-3) , the laboratory was requested1to analyze the individ- <br /> ual portions of the sample (one-foot depth) that had been on hold <br /> for DDT and related compounds using EPA Method 8080. The six <br /> additional shallow soil samples (Q-4 through Q-6, Q-10, and <br /> -Q-11) collected in the vicinity of the Quonset but were also <br /> analyzed by this method. <br /> 10.3 Northwest Boundary ' <br /> Ground-water samples collected at the northeast boundary of the <br /> Site were analyzed for volatile organic compounds (VOCs) using <br /> EPA Method 624, base/neutral and acid extractable compounds <br /> (BNAs) using EPA Method 625, and TPH using modified EPA Method <br /> 8015.
