Fire units still on scene. <br /> IL <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodbome illness.All major violations must be corrected imme iate! .Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM --LOCATION --TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> The fire happened inside the walk in freezer, in the bakery department. The heating wire that keeps the condensate line from <br /> freezing malfunctioned an caused sparks which caught the insulation foam on fire. The manual fire extinguisher was used to <br /> suppress the fire. <br /> Open containers of foods in the walk in freezer were discarded and the food in sealed containers were transferred into the <br /> main walk in freezer. <br /> The walk in freezer is being repaired. <br /> The bakery department is ok to reopen. <br /> Repair the walk in freezer and clean inside thoroughly. Take a photo of the inside of the unit and the thermometer and email <br /> them to me. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
