Deli manager <br /> stated"this place is a mess", as she swept food off cutting board into garbage. (C) stated, "I hope I don't get sick" deli <br /> manager repies, "I hope not'. (C) also said that 2-3 weeks ago, he was at the deli counter and ordered a burrito from a very <br /> short female. The employee dropped burrito on the floor and asked (C) if he still wanted it. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM --LOCATION --TEMP° F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke to deli and store managers who were aware of complainant. He comes to store on a routine basis and has stated <br /> several times that he wants the job held by several employee's. Deli manager stated that she never said the things that the <br /> complainant quoted and that they would never sell food that has been dropped on the floor. <br /> Observations: cutting board was very clean at time of inspection. Sandwich line temperature is 41 F and sanitizer from spray <br /> bottle at 200 ppm quat. Hand wash station has hot/cold water, soap and towels. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
