Mr:I,William Rieger, Resident <br /> Manager of Fortifiber Corporation, authorized the projection April 16, 1993, by i <br /> accepting Clayton Proposal No. 93-B-110. <br /> The well was installed and developed on May 6, 1993. Groundwater samples were <br /> collected on May 12, 1993. The laboratory analyses revealed that diesel; total <br /> recoverable oil and grease; benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and xylenes (BTEX); and <br /> formaldehyde were below detectable levels. Analytical results are included in <br /> Appendix A. <br /> 2.0 DISCUSSION I <br /> Ms. Diane Hinson, Supervising Environmental Health Specialist�of the San Joaquin <br /> i. <br /> County Public.Heaith Services requested that one additional groundwater sample be <br /> collected in June. <br /> Clayton performed this sampling on June 21, 1993. One sample,was collected and <br /> analyzed for total petroleum hydrocarbons as diesel, BTEX, total oil and grease, and <br /> formaldehyde. Laboratory analysis revealed that all analytes were below the limit of <br /> detection.
