Site Description
As shown on the Site Vicinity Map, Plate 1 i the project site is located on the southeast
quadrant of Arch Road and Kingsley Avenue in Stockton, California. The property is
roughly a rectangle in shape with a plan dimension of approximately 260 feet by 270 feet.
Arch Road and Kingsley Avenue delineates the north and west boundaries, respectively.
Residential areas are adjacent to the south and east boundaries. The western half of the site.
is currently occupied by a wood-frame house .and, barns, while the remaining area is vacant.
Topographically, the site vicinity and the site are relatively flat without significant relief.
Unlined drainage ditches exist along the northern and the western boundaries of the site.
At the time of our field exploration, majority of the vacant portion of the site was covered
with low growth grasses. Scattered large trees and bushes were noted in various locations
of the site. Due to the property owner watered the lawn on the day before our field
investigation, the southern half of the site was flooding and the surficial soil was muddy.
However, the drainage ditches were dry.
Pabe 2 of 17
