(Closure Solutions) has prepared this Reduced Monitoring Frequency Request on
behalf of New West Stations, Inc. for the Flag City New West facility located at 6437 West Banner
' Street, in Lodi. California (the Site, Figure 1). Closure Solutions is submitting this Reduced Monitoring
Frequency Request to request changes to the current Monitoring and Reporting Program (MRP)instituted
' on May 1, 2007. Based on review of our files for the Site, it is apparent that sufficient data has been
collected to establish groundwater trends at this facility. Closure Solutions would like to propose a
schedule that would allow reduced groundwater monitoring and sampling for selected wells at the Site.
Presented in this document are a Site Map (Figure 1) and a table with Recommendations for Sampling
Frequency and Analyte Reductions.
We appreciate the opportunity to present this Reduced Monitoring Frequency Request and trust that this
document meets with your approval. if you have any questions or concerns, please contact Roger
Hoffmore at(916)983-5604 or at rhoffrnore@aclosuresolutions.com.
Sincerely, 4 jkf_
Closure Solutions, Inc.
/r HOF FMURE -+
R r Hoffmo e, P.G.
