These attached sample analytical results can be used for screening, confirmation and validation purposes . These results can be used for determining whether the discharge or sampling point is in compliance with Waste Discharge Requirements, NPDES effluent limitations, and/or Basin Plan goals or objectives . The analytical results can be used to support a request for additional sampling and analyses from a discharger or for requesting contract laboratory services for validation or for enforcement action.
