MONITORING AND REPORTI*ROGRAM NO. R5-2007-XXXX -4 - <br /> PIONEER <br /> 4 - <br /> PIONEER AMERICAS LLC <br /> TRACY, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> REPORTING <br /> Groundwater monitoring and sampling data shall be submitted to the California State Water <br /> Resources Control Board's GeoTracker database system and written reports shall be <br /> submitted to the Regional Water Board. When reporting the data, the Discharger shall <br /> arrange the information in tabular form so that the date, the constituents, and the <br /> concentrations are readily discernible. The data shall be summarized in such a manner as to <br /> illustrate clearly the compliance with this Order. In addition, the Discharger shall notify the <br /> Regional Water Board verbally within 48 hours of any unscheduled shutdown of any <br /> wellhead treatment system(s). <br /> As required by the California Business and Professions Code Sections 6735, 7835, and <br /> 7835.1, all reports shall be prepared by a registered professional or their subordinate and <br /> signed by the registered professional. <br /> The Discharger shall submit semi-annual electronic data reports, which conform to the <br /> requirements of the California Code of Regulations, Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 30. The <br /> semi-annual reports shall be submitted electronically over the Internet to the GeoTracker <br /> database system by 1 February and 1 August of each year until such time as the Executive <br /> of i Icer deter i i lines that the reports are no longer necessary. <br /> In the event that any wellhead treatment system(s) is installed, the Discharger shall submit a <br /> monthlr wellhead treatment system monitoring data report to the Regional Water Board by <br /> the 281 day of the following month until such time as the Executive Officer determines that <br /> the report is no longer necessary. Each monthly report shall include the following minimum <br /> information: <br /> (a) A table or tables of the wellhead treatment system(s) influent, midstream, and effluent <br /> water sample laboratory chemical analyses data collected during the month; <br /> (b) Status of the wellhead treatment system(s), including operating time, effectiveness, and <br /> any field notes pertaining to the operation and maintenance of the system(s); <br /> (c) The reasons for, and duration of all interruptions in the operation of the wellhead <br /> treatment system(s) and actions planned or taken to correct and prevent future <br /> interruptions; and <br /> (d) Copies of the laboratory chemical analyses reports from all systems during the month. <br /> The Discharger shall submit a Semi-Annual report to the Regional Water Board by <br /> 1 August of each year until such time as the Executive Officer determines that the report is <br /> no longer necessary. Each semi-annual report shall include the following minimum <br /> information from the first and second quarter monitoring and sampling events: <br /> (a) A description of the first and second quarter groundwater monitoring and sampling <br /> events; <br /> (b) A table or tables of the piezometric surface measurements and laboratory chemical <br /> analyses results for the first and second quarter monitoring and sampling events; <br />
