The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for Aramark Uniform & Career Apparel, LLC-Stockton as of March 15, <br /> 2019. <br /> Open violations from May 13, 2015 inspection <br /> Violation #605 - Failed to completely label containers or tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> Four 55-gallon poly containers, three 55-gallon red containers, six 5-gallon plastic containers, and two open 5-gallon <br /> containers observed inside the facility were found to be unlabeled. All hazardous waste containers shall be marked <br /> with the following information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste" <br /> - name and address of generator <br /> - hazardous properties <br /> - physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required information. <br /> Since these containers have been on site longer than 180 days, immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste <br /> hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD. <br /> One 500-gallon tank, reportedly containing waste oil and located outdoors, had a blank hazardous waste label <br /> affixed to its side. All hazardous waste tanks shall be marked with the words "Hazardous Waste" and the <br /> accumulation start date. Immediately ensure that all hazardous waste tanks are marked with the required <br /> information. <br /> Page 6 of 6 <br />
