Three monitoring wells were <br /> also installed at this time to assess possible impacts to groundwater. <br /> �i <br /> PHSIEHD filed a UAR on May 4, 1988, indicating that the discharge was stopped on <br /> August 13, 1986 with the removal of the tank, that site investigation was in progress <br /> and that the three monitoring wells which were installed did not detect groundwater <br /> contamination. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Cam Serviees I� <br /> :r. <br />
