Weston, Inc. and has the following comments: <br /> -This workplan has been approved as written. G.riouting procedures were <br /> discussed in a phone conversation which was d 6'cum6nted on February 18,1994 <br /> between David Marks of Weston Inc. and Michael Collins of PHS/EHD. It was <br /> agreed that hydropunch borings through existing dry ,''monitoring wells would be <br /> grouted from the bottom to the top of the existing wells, with bentonite chips.
