Please note that this Phasework was developed on information <br /> summarized in a prior Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) for the subject site and <br /> based on a brief site visit interview with you on August 14 2003. The prior ESA was conducted <br /> by Neil 0. Anderson & Associates, Inc. (NOA). The ESA ,vas titled "Phase I Environmental Site <br /> Assessment, Mosquito Abatement Property, 200 North Beckman Road, Lodi CA, 95240," dated <br /> January 10, 2003. Please note that this proposal was not developed with the intent to address all <br /> the concerns noted in the prior ESA. <br /> Please review the enclosed scope of work, client responsibilities and assumptions (Attachment <br /> A), Typical Kleinfelder Field Protocol (Attachment B), anh Cost Estimate (Attachment Q. If the <br /> proposal is acceptable to you, we can begin work as soon as we receive one of the original copies <br /> of this proposal complete with the signed acceptance signature block. We would, of course, have <br /> to approve any requested changes before proceeding.
