The <br /> former underground storage tank(s) (UST) cannot be recommended for final closure <br /> without further investigation to determine the full extent of the soil and/or <br /> groundwater problem. <br /> In addition, Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) is <br /> providing you notification that an "Underground Storage Tank Unauthorized Release <br /> (Leak)/Contaminated Site Report" has been filed pursuant to Section 25180.7 of <br /> the Health and Safety Code. <br /> Should you wish to mitigate the contamination documented at your facility, San <br /> Joaquin County PHS/EHD has been designated by the State of California Water <br /> Resources Control Board as the local agency overseeing the investigation of <br /> leaking UST's.
