No new
application is needed if RSI will be doing the work. If you use another driller, you'll
need a new permit and fee. I'll update the permit with the new map you need to
send me.
I'll be on the lookout for the Bow Tie permits...cutting it kinda close, especially since
I don't even have the applics yet. We strongly recommend "two working weeks"
from time of submittal til issue. I'm filling up on inspections for the first two weeks of
March for sites with permits already issued. I recommend you see about starting a
week later if the driller can...as a Plan B. To help speed things along with my
processing, ensure that Heidi sends CVRWQCB approval, a copy of the work plan,
the LCD, and any access/encroachment permits along with the applics. Chasing
these down causes delays and could affect her start date.
happy belated birthday.
From: Gilmore, Mari [mailto:Mari.Gilmore@amec.com]
Sent: Monday, February 22, 2010 4:49 PM
To: Mike Infurna [EH]
Subject: FW: 990 Beechnut permit
Mr. Mike Infurna,
Long time no talk. How's February treating you? I've been drowning in work since before the holidays and
there seems to be no end in sight.. Somewhere in there I turned 30....New gray hairs showing up on a
daily basis it seems now that I'm an old lady.
Anyways, still plugging ahead. I need to get back out to Tracy and do more hand augers at 990
Beechnut... trying to do the dig this summer and need to collect the rest of the data. Any chance I can work
off our permit from last year? See attached. Is it still active by any chance? If so, I can make up a figure
showing where we've hand-augered already, and where we want to go back to do more. If you need a
new permit application, I can get that in,just let me know.
3/3/2010
