REVISED MONITORING AND ARTING PROGRAM NO. 93-293 • -2- <br /> WOODBRIDGE SANITARY DISTRICT <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> POND MONITORING <br /> Each treatment/aeration and evaporation/percolation pond shall be monitored for the following on a <br /> weekly basis: <br /> Constituents Units Sample Type Sampling Frequencv Reporting Frequencv <br /> Freeboard Feet Measurement Weekly Monthly <br /> Dissolved Oxygen mg/l Grab Weekly Monthly <br /> WATER SUPPLY MONITORING <br /> The quality of the domestic water supply shall be monitored and reported on an annual basis. <br /> Submittal of the water quality report from the water provider is acceptable. The monitoring shall <br /> include the following: <br /> Constituents Units Sample Type Sampling Frequency Reporting Frequency <br /> Standard Minerals' MCA Grab Annually Annually <br /> ' Standard Minerals shall include the following compounds: Calcium, Magnesium, Sodium, Chloride,Sulfate, Total <br /> Alkalinity(including alkalinity series),and Hardness. <br /> GROUNDWATER MONITORING <br /> g wells onsite. Prior to construction of any new groundwater <br /> There are currently three monitorin <br /> monitoring wells, the Discharger shall submit plans and specifications to the Board for review and <br /> approval. Once installed, all new wells shall be added to the MRP, and shall be sampled and analyzed <br /> according to the schedule below. All samples shall be collected using approved EPA methods. Water <br /> table elevations shall be calculated and used to determine groundwater gradient and direction of flow. <br /> Prior to sampling the groundwater, elevations shall be measured and the wells shall be purged of at <br /> least three well volumes until pH and electrical conductivity have stabilized. Depth to groundwater <br /> shall be measured to the nearest 0.01 feet. Groundwater monitoring of each well shall include, at a <br /> minimum, the following: <br /> Constituents Units Sample Type Sampling/Reporting,Frequency <br /> Groundwater Elevation 0.01 feet Measurement Quarterly <br /> Nitrate as Nitrogen mg/l Grab Quarterly <br /> Total Kjeldahl Nitrogen mg/l Grab Quarterly <br /> Total Dissolved Solids mg/l Grab Quarterly <br /> Total Colifonn Organisms MPN/100 ml Grab Quarterly <br /> pH pH units Grab Quarterly <br /> Standard'Mineralsl mg/l Grab Annually <br /> ' Standard Minerals shall include the following compounds: Calcium,Magnesium, Sodium, Chloride, Sulfate, Total <br /> Alkalinity(including alkalinity series), and Hardness. <br />
