Soil <br /> samples were wllected at this time to confirm the occurrence of a release and were submitted to a <br /> state certified tabomtory for analysis. Preliminary sample results received on November 21, 1996 <br /> confirmed the release of gasoline and gasoline constituents to soil beneath some piping areas. <br /> Complete copies of these analytical results will be transmitted to San Joaquin County Public Health <br /> Services as soon as they become available_ <br /> Investigation of the release began with field inspections during UST removal activities on <br /> November 18. 1996.Immediate measures to stop the release were taken by removing all product <br /> piping.No emergency conditions were present: <br /> 2652(c) On November 22, 1996,an Underground Storage Tank Unauthorized Release(Leak) <br /> Contamination Site Report(attached)was submitted to San Joaquin County Public Health Services. <br /> In addition to the information provided on that report,the following are presented to satisfy all <br /> requirements of this subsection: <br /> (1) see attached unauthorized release report <br /> (2) see attached unauthorized release report. <br /> (3) see attached unauthorized release report <br /> (4) see attached unauthorized release report <br /> (5) see attached unauthorized release report <br /> (6) see attached unauthorized release report. All product piping was removed on <br /> November 18, 1996 and will be transported under hazardous waste manifest to Richmond. <br />
