This label was corrected on site. <br /> -Two 5 gallon buckets containing hazardous waste from the treatment system were located in the treatment area <br /> without a hazardous waste label. <br /> -One blue 55 gallon bucket labeled 'oily paint waste"was located in the hazardous waste storage area and had a <br /> smeared hazardous waste label that was illegible. <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste" <br /> -name and address of generator <br /> -hazardous properties <br /> -physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all the required <br /> information. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> 608 CCR 66266.130 Failed to properly manage used oil and fuel filters. <br /> Disposal records for the used oil filters for the last three years were not found on site for the service of the forklifts <br /> by Watts. Per Title 22 California Code of Regulations(CCR)66266.130, oil filters that are not completely drained <br /> need to be managed as hazardous waste. If the oil filters are completely drained,they can be disposed of via <br /> recycling.A bill of lading needs to be left with the facility for drained oil filters. Per 22 CCR 66266.130(c)(5), bills of <br /> lading must indicate generator,transporter, and receiving company names, addresses, telephone numbers, the <br /> quantity and size of used oil filter containers transferred, and the date of transfer.
