Licensee shall provide to)-Licensor copies of any and all (a) reports, assessments, conclusions or findings ("Reports") which provide the basis of the Work to be performed, (b) Reports describing the results of any testing or any other Work conducted on, relating to or affecting the Motel 6 Property, ancil (c) copy of any remediation plan which may be t developed or implemented as a result of Licensees activity. i 3. Tenn. Chevron's right of accessto the Property to perform the Activities shall continue for the greater period of one year fi,om the date of execution of this Agreement by Owner, or in the event that monitor well isp laced on the property for such period of time as Chevron is required by any government agency with jurisdiction to continue to sample said wells, and shall terminate when Chevron is permitted by said agency to remove the monitor- wells. Chevron shall as soon as reasonably practicable restore the surface of the Property to a condition which is as reasonably close as possible to the condition which existed immediately prior to Chevron's entry thereon, including but not li mited to the repair of any damage to landscaping, irrigation, electrical, soil or other areas of the Property. i 4. Insurance. In lieu of insurance; coverage, Chevron maintains a self-administered r � claims program with respect to its duties hF reunder. Chevron shall require contractors who perform the Work under this Agreement to maintain liability insurance coverage in accordance with Chevron's standard practices. Chevron''s contractors shall name Owner as an additional insured. At a minimum the Chevron contractor maintains the following (a) Worker's Compensation Insurance l providing benefits as required by applicable law and Employer's Liability Insurance ofno less than$1,000,000; (b) Comprehensive General Liability ,Insurance with a single minimum limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence for Bodily Injury and Property Damage; and �2 }
