The policy of insurance so provided shall ;ontain a contractual liability endorsement covering the liability assumed by the Permittee by the terms of his permit and shall contain a provision that such policy may not be canceled except after thirty(30)days notice in writing to be given to the Risk Manager. The copies of these policies or certificates evidencing the same shall be filed with the Risk Manager of the City after approval of the City Attorney. 5. The issuance of11nis permit by the City does not create any agency on the part of the permittee, and the permittee will hold the City of Stockton harmless for any action for damages arising out of the permittee's activities performed under this permit. 6. Permittee, or hiscontractor, shall obtain an Encroachment Permit for the installation of the well(s). 7. Future maintenance and/or removal of the well(s) shall require an additional Encroachment permit. 8. The well head(s)ashall be covered with a meter box or valve box as approved by the City of Stocktcw. The top of the box shall be flush with the surrounding ground or concrete. 9. The provisions afthe State of California, Department of Water Resources Bulletin 74-81 and 74-90 entitled "Water Well Standards: State of California" shall be applicable to this permit. 10. Construction operations that create loud noise shall be confined between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. 11. Disposal of wa erfrom the well(s) development shall be in accordance with current federal regulons.
