In accords unth Section 1(h) of the Standard Conditions Applicable to <br /> Revocable . ,,"the permittee shall provide and keep in force during the term of <br /> the permit a tjL 'cYof public liability insurance against liability for injuries to persons <br /> or property ar; :-gig out of accidents attributable to the structure on City property, in <br /> amounts to be. 4 termined by the Risk Manager. The policy of insurance so <br /> provided shall ;ontain a contractual liability endorsement covering the liability <br /> assumed by the Permittee by the terms of his permit and shall contain a provision <br /> that such policy may not be canceled except after thirty(30)days notice in writing to <br /> be given to the Risk Manager. The copies of these policies or certificates <br /> evidencing the same shall be filed with the Risk Manager of the City after approval <br /> of the City Attorney. <br /> 5. The issuance of11nis permit by the City does not create any agency on the part of <br /> the permittee, and the permittee will hold the City of Stockton harmless for any <br /> action for damages arising out of the permittee's activities performed under this <br /> permit. <br /> 6. Permittee, or hiscontractor, shall obtain an Encroachment Permit for the installation <br /> of the well(s). <br /> 7. Future maintenance and/or removal of the well(s) shall require an additional <br /> Encroachment permit. <br /> 8. The well head(s)ashall be covered with a meter box or valve box as approved by the <br /> City of Stocktcw. The top of the box shall be flush with the surrounding ground or <br /> concrete. <br /> 9. The provisions afthe State of California, Department of Water Resources Bulletin <br /> 74-81 and 74-90 entitled "Water Well Standards: State of California" shall be <br /> applicable to this permit. <br /> 10. Construction operations that create loud noise shall be confined between the hours <br /> of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. <br /> 11. Disposal of wa erfrom the well(s) development shall be in accordance with current <br /> federal regulons. <br />
