<br /> ADEQUATE AND NECESSARY ELEMENTS OF THE WORK PLAN [H&S 25296.10 (c)(3)1:
<br /> 1) To destroy a total of forty-four wells including: 16 Groundwater monitoring wells (MW-1,
<br /> MW-2, MW-3, MW-5, MW-6, MW-8, MW-10, MW-1R, MW-2R, MW-3R, MW-5R, MW-
<br /> 7R, MW-9R, BHD-2, PRA, PR-2), and 28 Soil vapor, extraction, and air-sparge wells
<br /> (E-2, E-3, E-4, E-5, E-:6, E-9; E-10, E-11, E-12, V-1, V-2, V-3, V-4, V-5, V-6, V-7, V-8,
<br /> (V-9/S-7 NESTED & V-10/S-8 NESTED), V-11, V-12, S-1, S-2, S-3, S-4, S-5, S-6 and
<br /> S-9).
<br /> 2) All wells shall be over-drilled excluding; MW-1'0, BHD-2, PRA and PR-2, which shall be
<br /> pressure-grouted according to specifications submitted in the work-plan.
<br /> 3) All investigation-derived waste, including soil and groundwater from the well destruction
<br /> activities shall be stored and disposed of as stated in the well destruction work-plan.
<br /> Manifests are required for removal, transportation and disposal of all wastes associated
<br /> with the work.
