September 11, 1937 <br /> (DATE) - <br /> i <br /> City Council <br /> c/o City Clerk <br /> City of Stockton <br /> City Hall. <br /> Stockton, CA <br /> REVOCABLE PERMIT APPLICATION <br /> I/we do hereby request that this letter serve as an application <br /> for a Revocable Permit for the following: <br /> 1. Drill three boreholes at the locations shown on Figure 1. One borehole <br /> will be drilled in the sidewalk along westbound Benjamin Holt .Drive; - <br /> one borehole will be drilled in the sidewalk along northbound Plymouth <br /> Road; one borehole will be drilled immediately adjacent to the curb . <br /> along northbound Plymouth Road. <br /> 2. Install one groundwater monitoring well in each of the three boreholes.. . <br /> Finished dimensions of these wells in relation to the sidewalks and/or <br /> curbs are -shown on Figure 2. <br /> 3. Develop, by pumping, and sample each of the three wells following <br /> its installation and completion. <br /> The undersigned has received a copy of and fully understands the <br /> Standard Conditions governing the issuance of a Revocable Permit. <br /> It is further. understood that all changes applicable to. the <br /> preparation and issuance' of thepermitwill be paid for by the <br /> undersigned. <br />
