French Camp RV Park & Golf Course <br /> Site Health& Safety Plan <br /> Issues that still need to be addressed: <br /> 1) Identification and sorting ofwaste(s): <br /> a) How many people will be participating. <br /> b) How these people identify and sort the waste. <br /> c) Where this occurs in relation to the excavation site. <br /> 2) Emergency Medical Care: <br /> a) Procedure for a minor incident. <br /> b) Procedure for a major incident. <br /> 3) Hazardous Waste Discovery: <br /> a) Who will be notified? (i.e. 9-1-1, OES, Clean-up Company) <br /> b) Procedure for relocating personnel to a safe location (with wind <br /> direction being determining factor). <br /> 4) Underground Utilities: <br /> a) The Environmental Health Dept. needs to determine the size of the <br /> debris field coming as close to the onsite underground utilities as <br /> possible (e.g. 2-3 ft.) <br /> b) Utilities should be located and marked on surface. <br /> 5) Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): <br /> a) Respirators should not be necessary. <br /> b) Steel toed shoes will be required for all personnel present at excavation <br /> site. <br /> Please direct any questions regarding the Site Health & Safety Plan <br /> to Kristian Lucas, EHS at (209) 481-8642. <br /> I <br /> I <br />
