<br /> Hear Mr. Williams:
<br /> Enclosed are the laboratory results of tue latest recovery system water sampling for the
<br /> subject site. The water sample was collected directly Goin the discharge valve between the
<br /> pump and the separator tank. The sample was analyzed for benzene, ethylbenzene., toluene,
<br /> and xylene by U.S- Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Method 602 and total
<br /> petroleum fuel hydrocarbons by EPA Method 8015, modified. The benzene concentration
<br /> in this sample does not exceed the California Depatlment of Health Services Drinking
<br /> {;
<br /> Water Action_ Level, of 0.7 parts per billion, established in January 1987. All other
<br /> constituents are below detection 'imits or below the California Regional Water Quality
<br /> Control Board, Central Valley Region suggested levels in a liquid for the protection of
<br /> groundwater quality (revised September 1987). All constituents are below the Wastewater
<br /> Control Facility's (WCF) maximurn allowable concentrations outlined in the April 1988
<br /> WCF Interim Policy.
