Brown and Caldwell was nifotmed that, <br /> although the results were well within the discharge limits,the City was concerned that <br /> at some time in the future the discharge concentration might be exceeded. The City <br /> requested that a proposal for some type of additional groundwater treatment be put in <br /> writing, and that no water be discharged until after the additional groundwater <br /> treatment is installed. <br /> 6/4/91 Called the City back after discussing with ARCO the City's request not to discharge. <br /> The City said that they will honor the permit and we could begin discharging again. <br /> ti 6/5191 Extraction system restarted. <br /> 6110191 Resampled extraction system for BETX and TPH.
