The laboratory reports for TTO <br /> are included with this letter. <br /> 518191 Responded in writing to San Joaquin Counrr with intent to seal well. The well was <br /> sealed on 5/20/;1. The LEL sensor was relocated to a position inside the vault in the <br /> lower third of the vault. <br /> 5120191 Called the City with TTO sample results. Brown and Caldwell was nifotmed that, <br /> although the results were well within the discharge limits,the City was concerned that <br /> at some time in the future the discharge concentration might be exceeded. The City <br /> requested that a proposal for some type of additional groundwater treatment be put in <br /> writing, and that no water be discharged until after the additional groundwater <br /> treatment is installed. <br /> 6/4/91 Called the City back after discussing with ARCO the City's request not to discharge. <br /> The City said that they will honor the permit and we could begin discharging again. <br /> ti 6/5191 Extraction system restarted. <br /> 6110191 Resampled extraction system for BETX and TPH. The results of this sample are not <br /> yet available. In addition, the LEL sensors were recalibrated. <br /> The average daily flow during this reporting period was 0.35 gallons per minum. The total flow <br /> for this period was 22,175 gallons.
