Alan was working on this complaint. I will forward prior emails to you. The original complaint came through our website regarding mold in the girls' and boys' locker rooms. Alan was in contact with the school as well as the complainant. The complainant added the asbestos concerns after the fact, so we had Alan refer him to APCD, hence this email. We are processing your e-mail as a Public Records Request. Assuming the District was properly notified, our research should yield the asbestos removal application, sampling information and lab results. Copies of our findings will be e-mailed to you. If you have any further health concerns, I recommend you contact one of the following enforcement staff here in the Modesto Office: Ron Giannone, Air Quality Supervisor; Dillon Collins, Air Quality Sr. Inspector, Adam Mumford, Air Quality Inspector or Rhonda Mansur, Air Quality Inspector.
