We will follow appropriate steps to
remove any necessary paint before we do any painting.
All of the pipes into the gymnasium and locker rooms are copper or galvanized.
All of these issues will be addressed in our improvement plan, which is to be presented to our school board on
May 13th.
Thank you, again, for your help and guidance.
From: Alan Biedermann [EH] [mailto:abiedermann@sjcehd.com]
Sent: Monday, April 28, 2008 12:55 PM
To: Goodall, Casey
Cc: Donna Heran [EH]; Laurie Cotulla [EH]; Mike Huggins [EH]
Subject: Tracy Unified School District, Tracy High School Boys and Girls Locker rooms
Mr. Goodall,
I have reviewed the e-mail regarding the maintenance & facilities issues at Tracy High School and would like your
response as soon as possible. The three items of concern are as follows:
Mold in showers, restrooms etc., if testing has been done send copy of results.
Lead in paint, has it been tested by Lead Base Paint Assessor Inspector? If not, test and e-mail or send
lab results.
Lead in rusty pipes, The Tracy High School is on public water system, send the latest lab results.
After our discussion it appears that on May 13, at the next District Board Meeting that a deferred maintenance
plan will address the majority of these concerns.
i
! If you have any questions regarding this matter, don't hesitate to call me at 209-468-3912.
Alan M.
