B R 0 W N A D r C A L D W E L L October 6 1994 Ron Fry, President Village Green Owners Association 5637 North Pershing, Suite A-3 Stockton, California 95203 017-1506-01/1 Subject Access to Your Property One Block South of ARCO Station 2133 for Drilling Soil Boreholes Dear Mr Fry On behalf of ARCO Products Company (ARCO), Brown and Caldwell (BC) is requesting Access to your property located on Plymouth Road in Stockton Based on our conversation, you own the parking area of the condominium complex that is approximately 1 block south of ARCO Station 2133, located at 2908 West Benjamin Holt Drive. The San Joaquin County has requested that ARCO investigate the soil and groundwater quality to the south of the ARCO facility located at 2908 West Benjamin Holt Drive. The investigation will involve drilling two soil boreholes and installing groundwater monitoring wells in the soil boreholes. The drilling activity will take one day to complete. The groundwater monitonng wells will be completed in ground-flush steel traffic boxes which will be approximately 12 inches in diameter. Enclosed with this letter are two copies of an ARCO access agreement If you agree to the terms and conditions of the agreement, please sign both copies and return to me.
