The system is <br />wired for turbine shut down to occur when: <br />1. An alarm is triggered by a liquid sensor, which <br />will interrupt the power to the turbine for that specific tank. <br />2. The power is shut onto the Ronan system. <br />This will interrupt power to all turbines. <br />Existing equipment wired in to KV -700: <br />1) Ronan k76S-A4 Leak Detection System. <br />• Intrinsically safe 4 -point monitoring system, Assigned one alarm point per tank. <br />(8) Ronan LS -3 Vertical Liquid Sensors. <br />(4) Ronan LS -7 Horizontal Liquid Sensors. <br />• 2 each LS -3's per tarns, monitoring fill and turbine sumps. <br />• 1 each LS -7 per tank, monitoring tank annular space. <br />• Total of 3 sensors per tank, wired in series, to their respective alarm points. <br />Sincerely, <br />Stephen Westerfield <br />API/Ronan <br />SALES/SERVICE & SHIPPING/RECEIVING N.W.
