Patterson Pass, Tracy, CA <br /> The following is a list of changes that need to be corrected and submitted prior to <br /> approval of the plans at the above location. <br /> 1. The name of the contractor still has not been submitted. Information regarding <br /> the contractor has been submitted (tank closure—page 4, #1). <br /> 2. Introducing nitrogen to purge volatile gasses is not an approved method of <br /> decontamination. Submit an alternate method of decontamination or clarify that <br /> removed piping are to be hauled as hazardous waste under a manifest. <br /> 3. The owner/operator signature is required(tank closure—page 9). <br /> 4. Provide a detailed explanation on the installation and set-up of turbines for the <br /> two 87-octane slave tanks. Submit cut sheets for the turbine to be installed. <br /> 5. Provide an explanation for drawing#5 and#6 on Sheet TK-3. Only the 87-octane <br /> turbines are being modified. Drawing#4 has been crossed off. Unless the 91- <br /> octane is being modified, drawing#6 should be similarly marked. <br /> 6. The following is not listed on LG 113-15 <br /> a. V/R ATG model VR-790095-001 <br /> b. UDC liquid leak sensor VR-794380-205 <br /> c.
