I` lid ii PUBLIC NOTICE r NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING; SITE MITIGATION PLAN NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a corrective action plan for remediation of an underground leaking storage tank site located at 3128 W. Benjamin Holt Drive, in the City ofIStockton (APN 100-270- , 024) on the southeast corner of Grigsby Place, ;! and West Benjamin Halt Drive, has been reviewed by San Joaquin County Public Health ' Services, Environmental Health Di.vision(PHS/EHD) . The plan is a proposal for mitigation of hazardous substanceslj (sail excavation) which contaminated the site due to unauthorized rleleases associated with underground storage tanks (UST) which were located on the property. I San Joaquin County Public Health Services,] Environmental Health Division, Local UST Oversight Program, has ,jmade a tentative determination that the plan is in compliance with local, State and Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the benefits to be gained from cleanup of the cbntamination. The corrective action plan is available for public review at the San Joaquin/Stockton Public Library, 605 11N. El Dorado Street, Stockton, and PHS/EHD, 445 N. San Joaquin Street, Stockton, California, during normal working hours, 8 : 00 a.;m. -- 5 : 00 p.m. If a written request by any member of the public for a public hearing is not received by PHS/EHD by November 4, ,1J 199i, 5 : 00 p.m. , the tentative decision shall become final on that date and time. All requests for public hearings must be! filed in writing to PHS/EHD at P.O. Box 2009, Stockton, 95201.
