Exxon <br /> plans to sell this property in the near future and therefore conducted the <br /> investigation. Ij f <br /> The investigation consisted of drilling 3 borings and installing groundwater <br /> monitor wells , collecting soil and groundwater samples from each of these <br /> wells and establishing groundwater levels. Groundwater flows in an apparent <br /> t. northeasterly direction. Analysis of the soil sample indicate ethylbenzene at <br /> 2 ppm and xylene at 6 ppm in SB-2. Groundwater in MW-2 indicates benzene at <br /> 760 ppb, ethylbenzene at 40 ppb, toluene at 50 ppb and xylene at 110 ppb'. <br /> r ! <br /> I <br /> Additional assessment will be ordered to further delineate the extent of the <br /> plume.
