8.0 CONCLUSIONS Page !Q <br /> Seven soil borings(B-1 through B-7)were drilled on June 18 and 19, 1991 at Exxon Service <br /> Station 7-3330 at 3128 West Benjamin Holt Drive in Stockton,California. <br /> Hydrocarbons were detected in soil samples and hydropurich groundwater samples downgradient <br /> of the underground storage tank area in boring B-4 and downgradient of the pump islands in <br /> borings B-5 and B-6. Hydrocarbons were also detected in the groundwater in pre-existing monitor <br /> well MW-2, downgradient from the pump islands. <br /> � f <br /> t y <br /> Soil borings B-1 through B-3, subsequently converted to monitor wells MW-4 through MW-e, r <br /> were installed downgradient and at the northern boundary of the property. Hydrocarbons were not <br /> detected in soil or groundwater samples at these locations. <br /> t <br /> x <br /> Pre-existing monitor well MW-3 and soil boring B-7 are located upgradient and downgradient of <br /> the waste oil tank,respectively.
