The <br /> nylon-hoisting line on the bailer was similarly rinsed prior to sampling the next well. <br /> Also, sounders used for measuring water levels were similarly decontaminated. <br /> Sampling personnel wore outer gloves while purging, and disposable inner gloves while <br /> filling sample containers to prevent cross-contamination. <br /> bi FREE-PRODUCT MONITORING <br /> u <br /> Thickness of possible free product was monitored by using an electronic interface <br /> probe with a + or - 0.01 foot detection limit.
