APPLICABILITY <br /> The provisions of this plan are mandatory for all on-site tasks. All ES personnel shall <br /> ;...a abide by this plan. The ES Project Manager shall provide copies of this plan to <br /> subcontractors to ES, informing them of potential health and safety risks associated with <br /> this site. Subcontractors are required to comply with all regulatory requirements and are <br /> fully responsible for health and safety of their employees. <br /> SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> The project site is located in a predominantly commercial. and residential area of north <br /> Stockton. The Exxon gas station is currently closed pending a change of ownership. <br /> x r94 There is no known history of unauthorized releases of hazardous materials from the (4) <br /> f <br /> Underground Storage Tanks (USTs)at the station. The four(4) USTs include: <br /> s <br /> 0 <br /> • One (1) 1000-gallon waste oil tank; <br /> y One (1) 6000-gallon gasoline tank; <br /> i <br /> • One (1) 8000-gallon gasoline tank; and <br /> One (1) 10,000-gallon gasoline tank. <br /> i � <br /> The tanks are of a single wall steel construction and are cathodically protected. The <br /> tanks are reported to have been :nstalled in 1968. <br /> Refer to Figure 1 for Regional setting. Refer to Figure 2 for local site setting. This <br /> site is not considered a hazardous waste site by any federal, state, or local authority, to <br /> the best of our knowledge. <br /> -2- <br /> Ha 172-19.81 3101 <br />
