The <br /> Exxon service station is not considered a hazardous waste site by any federal, state or <br /> W* local authority. <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> Engineering-Science was retained by client to perform an Initial Site Assessment at <br /> 64 the Exxon service station located at 3128 West Benjamin Holt Drive, Stockton, <br /> f <br /> California. The Initial Site Assessment will include the following site activities: <br /> t <br /> • Installation of three (3)monitoring wells. <br /> _.. - Soil samples will be collected at five-foot intervals for TPH and BTEX <br /> } t _ <br /> Well casing to be screened at lU feet below and five feet above the groundwater <br /> • Well Development <br /> Using swab or surge block techniques as necessary <br /> • Well Sampling <br /> - Water samples to be collected and analyzed for TPH and BTEX <br /> Air monitoring will be conducted using a photoionization detector and LEL meter <br /> during all phases of invasive work at regular intervals for personal protection level <br /> setting.
