POST ON SITE ENV5PCI� �ITA H LTH <br /> MIT SERE <br /> S III PETROLEUM SITE HEALTH AND Tj' P <br /> CLAS AUL NPH Zt <br /> Prior to initiating field activities the Site Safety Officer (SSO) must review the Site Health and Safety Plan <br /> (SHSP) with all members of the field crew, including Delta employees and subcontractors. All field team <br /> members shall have completed OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER training (29 CFR 1910.120), CPR and Fust <br /> Aid training. When required by the local regulatory authority, copies of training certificates, CPR/first aid <br /> cards, and respirator fit-test documentation shall be maintained on-site. Each team member must review <br /> the SHSP and sign and date the Acknowledgement Agreement on page 14 of the plan.
