The gentleman at the front desk informed our <br /> representative that we had completed the incorrect application and that we needed to submit the <br /> permit application through Unit II according to their fee schedule. <br /> I was under the impression that all monitoring well installation and destruction permits, regardless <br /> of purpose (with the possible exception of landfills), are now issued through Unit IV in San Joaquin <br /> County.Am I mistaken? <br /> Please let me know to whom I should submit the application and the correct application form to <br /> complete.
