The work plan was approved by EHD with the condition of adding one <br /> sampling point between monitoring well one (MW-1) and the underground storage tank excavation for the purpose of <br /> assessing the vertical extent of contamination at the site. Do you have the encroachment permits from the City of Tracy, <br /> and the access agreements from the adjacent property owners?
