y *M*f
12 February 1996
AGE-NC Project No.95-0106
Backfill the floor of the excavation with crushed rock. We estimate utilizing 5 cubic yards
of crushed rock on the floor of the excavation.
2. Backfill the excavation to surface grade with the clean soil. The soil should have a clay
matrix similar to the native soil and will be placed back into the excavation using a loader or
backhoe.
3. Compaction of the excavation. Compaction testing will be performed on the excavation to
document 90% compaction of the soil.
4. If necessary, geo-fabric or sinular lining will be placed on top of the crushed rock prior to
backfilling with the stockpiled soil.
5. Dispose of the stockpiled soil at a licenced landfill facility.
4.4. REPORTING
A report detailing the results of the investigation will be prepared. The report will be in a format
acceptable to the PHS-EHD and CVRWQCB. The report will be reviewed and signed by a California
Registered Geologist.
