REGENESIS
November 12, 2009 Proposal No. 3BG101600
Daniel Villanueva
Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc.
837 Shaw Rd
Stockton, CA 95215
Subject: Site Remediation with RegenOxTM : Preliminary Technical Review and Proposal
Dear Mr. Villanueva:
Thank you for your interest in Regenesis and our state-of-the-art chemical oxidation product
RegenOxTM. We have reviewed the information you provided for the Weldon Church pilot test
and developed a preliminary design and cost estimate for site treatment based on that
information. This proposal is based on the data provided by your firm.
Please note this proposal includes material costs for a series ofPree)RegenOx injections events
all of which should be completed over the proposed treatment. The injections should take place
approximately 2 weeks apart.
Re-injectible wells or direct push technology can be used to apply the product. If direct push is
used, with each application rotate the application points by a couple of feet. Oc
It-1914
Total Material Cost , 1, i- x, ~ of( 0 )b3 lr'''
t i 00-11
We recommend injection of a total of 4,560 lbs,lbs of RegenOx (2,880 lbs of Part A and 1,680
lbs of Part B) at the above mentioned site. The total cost for this amount of RegenOx is $11,400
($2.50/lb)plus shipping and sales tax. See the attached Summary Table for detailed breakdown.
cld_di-1°'' Ox
The price quoted in this proposal is locked for 30 days. '
Preliminary Design and Cost Details for RegenOx Applications 3 3- S
RegenOx should be applied into 5 points forming a circle around a key monitoring well (Per our
conversation in the area of 131-1-18). The injection should occur from 5 to 25 feet bgs. We have
divided this area into two zones. The upper zone is from 5 to 12 feet bgs and the lower zone is
from 12 to 25 feet bgs. See attached Summary Page for application rates and water requirements 0
for each zone.
Performance Goals for RegenOx Projects 15
i `
The primary goals for a chemical oxidation project are to (1) rapidly reduce the mass of
16
contaminants in the subsurface and (2) to stabilize and/or reduce the size of the contaminant
plume. Please note that after the injection of any chemical oxidant to a contaminated aquifer,
1688 Grey Owl Circle Roseville,CA 95661 N TELEPHONE: 916.409.9331
bgriffiths*regenesis.com - www.regenesis.com
