Crawl Space Air Investigation Work Plan <br /> WELDON CHURCH PROPERTY <br /> 104 West Beverly Place, Tracy, California <br /> 1.0. INTRODUCTION <br /> At the request of Mr. Weldon Church, Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) has <br /> prepared the enclosed work plan for 104 West Beverly Place, Tracy, California. The scope <br /> of work includes the collection of air samples from the crawl space located beneath the <br /> residence at 104 West Beverly Place and ambient air samples from two locations <br /> surrounding the residence at the site. The work is being performed to assess the potential <br /> for petroleum hydrocarbon vapor intrusion into the residence at 104 West Beverly Place, <br /> Tracy, CA and as directed by San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> (EHD)letter dated 14 January 2011. The location of the site is illustrated in Figure 1 . A plan <br /> of the site is illustrated in Figure 2. <br /> Air sample analytical results will be compared and evaluated with,} reshold"oncentrations <br /> established by the San Francisco Bay Regional Water Qua�ontrol Board <br /> Environmental Screening Levels (ESLs) and California Human Health Screening Levels <br /> (CHHSLs). <br /> This work plan has been prepared in accordance with Central Valley Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB)guidelines for the investigation of underground storage <br /> tanks (UST) sites. Additionally, the work plan was prepared utilizing guidance provided in <br /> the Interstate Technology Regulatory Council (ITRC)-prepared, Vapor Intrusion Pathway: <br /> A Practical Guideline dated January 2007. <br /> 2.0. SCOPE OF WORK AND FIELD PROCEDURES <br /> AGE proposes to collect crawl space and ambient air samples to assess the potential for <br /> soil-vapor intrusion into the existing residence on-site. <br /> The scope of work for this investigation will consist of the following tasks: <br /> • Pre-field work preparations; <br /> • Air sample collection; <br /> • Air sample analysis; <br /> • Review and analysis of air data; and <br /> • Report preparation. <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc. <br />
